Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Wayne County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
