Join our team: we are hiring a digger driver in New Castle County, Delaware. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site The role involves backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
