You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
