Bakery assistant — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Grant County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
