Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Beaver County, Utah. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
