Great opportunity: chef de partie (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Grant County, Kansas. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 1+ years on the tools preferred.
