Vacancy available: bakery assistant (Katsina State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Batagarawa, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
