Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Makoda, Kano State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
