Kitchen steward wanted in Maiduguri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Maiduguri, Borno State. The job is in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
