Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Rogers County, Oklahoma. You will work at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Rotating shifts.
