Retail butcher • Oyun, Kwara State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Oyun, Kwara State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦190,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
