Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Trigg County, Kentucky. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
