Sausage maker — Gumel

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Gumel, Jigawa State. On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
