Retail butcher wanted in Daviess County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Daviess County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 5+ years on the tools preferred.
