Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Lake County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
