Formwork joiner wanted in Baylor County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Baylor County, Texas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
