Lawn care technician wanted in Hernando County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Hernando County, Florida. You will work in a botanical garden. Your main tasks: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds Requirements: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Full-time, day shift.
