Immediate opening: powder coater (Delta State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Ika South, Delta State. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
