Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Batsari, Katsina State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
