Restaurant steward • Kogi, Kogi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Kogi, Kogi State. You will be based in a coffee shop. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 2+ years on the tools preferred.
