Tandoor cook wanted in Greene County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Greene County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
