Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Ndokwa West, Delta State. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
