On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Meals and transport allowance provided.
