Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Samastipur, State of Bihar. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
