Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Funakaye, Gombe State. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer ₦250,000 per month plus benefits.
