Your main tasks: • Load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses • Return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub Requirements: • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Clean driving record At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
