Gantry crane operator — Cumbria

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Cumbria, England. On a typical shift you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
