Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Franklin County, Ohio. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Rotating shifts.
