Fry cook — Hernando County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Hernando County, Florida. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
