What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
