What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
