Vacancy available: ironing operator (Yobe State)

Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Gujba, Yobe State. You will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine 1+ years on the tools preferred.
