CNC mill setter-operator — Ihitte/Uboma

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Ihitte/Uboma, Imo State. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
