You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
