Vacancy available: canteen cook (Rivers State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bonny, Rivers State. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
