Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
