Trainee butcher wanted in Putnam County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Putnam County, Ohio. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
