Retail butcher — Ada County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Ada County, Idaho. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
