Your main tasks: • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls You should have: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
