Surface coating operator — Rewa

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
