Join our team: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Gordon County, Georgia. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Day-to-day duties: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels 3+ years on the tools preferred. $8,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
