Great opportunity: cnc lathe setter (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Jackson County, Ohio. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day to day you will run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
