Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Greene County, Ohio. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
