Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Full-time with occasional weekends.
