Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Wase, Plateau State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
