Halal butcher — Akko

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Akko, Gombe State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
