Urgent requirement: powder coater (Bayelsa State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Nembe, Bayelsa State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Full-time, day shift.
