We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
