Short order cook wanted in Gassol

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Gassol, Taraba State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
