The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
